Meet the team
BETH
Beth is married and has three daughters. She has worked in the nursing profession for nearly 20 years, with the past 13 years working part-time as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She is a NASM-certified personal trainer who is passionate about living and promoting a healthy lifestyle through fitness and sustainable healthy habits.
Beth believes that each person is fearfully and wonderfully made. She desires to help people achieve their health and fitness goals no matter what season of life they are in so that they can confidently approach life.
Beth played varsity basketball in high school and intramural soccer in high school and college. After moving to TN to attend college fell in love with the mountains - hiking on weekends, some rock climbing & rappelling. She now enjoying the challenge of lifting weights and feeling strong!
LIZ
Liz is a certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a certified Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach. As a former athlete, Elizabeth grew up practicing movement. Her favorite memories of exercise come from the community that she found in wellness circles as she trained with her team.
After fighting chronic pain and injury toward the end of her soccer career in 2018, Liz formed a new passion for healthier training models as she watched her body strengthen and injuries fade. She hopes to continue this practice while creating a positive fitness community for others as they meet their goals.
MEGAN
Megan is a graduate of Lee University. She is a certified personal trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), PN Nutrition Coach and pre/postnatal certified. Megan has experience working with many different clients on different fitness levels. Her work experience includes one on one personal training, the fitness coordinator and group fitness supervisor at Lee University’s Recreation Center. During her time at Lee and she was also involved with the Livestrong Program that works with cancer survivors to rebuild their strength after treatment. Megan has also coached gymnastics to kids between the ages of 2 and 10. She began her own fitness journey in middle school cross country and the track team. Megan has been a coach at Body By Hannah for the past 8 years. She is married and has a daughter, Aria.
HOLLY
Holly is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (NASM-CPT, FNS). Holly is a lifelong athlete, playing college basketball at Cleveland State Community College and The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Holly continued her active lifestyle after college utilizing fitness as an outlet to combat the stresses of life. Always looking for ways to challenge herself, Holly has completed 8 half-marathons, 10k and 5k races, one full marathon and a Tough Mudder. Holly’s passion is to transform people’s lives through an active lifestyle and helping them have a good relationship with food. Using these tools, she believes lives can be changed and enriched. Holly is full of passion and energy, possesses a spunky attitude, and is beyond excited to welcome everyone she comes in contact with to a new and sustainable lifestyle!
HANNAH
Owner of Body By Hannah, Hannah is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), certified personal trainer through the Academy of Personal Training in NYC and certified nutrition coach. Born and raised in North Carolina, Hannah first fell in love with weight training in high school when she was just 17 after she took a weight lifting class “to flirt with the boys”. She graduated from UNC-Greensboro with a degree in drama and left to chase dreams in New York City.
After a few years of working in the entertainment industry, Hannah decided to leave the industry to pursue her true passion and enrolled in the Academy of Personal Training in NYC, where she graduated at the top of her class.
Hannah's many certifications enable her to work with clients who are training for weight loss, muscle hypertrophy, corrective exercise, specific sport, and pre/post natal. She has worked with children, athletes, young professionals and the elderly. She is experienced with addressing a variety of limitations that clients may have. Her background in nutrition also adds a strong component to creating a more complete training program.
Hannah served as the fitness expert on the advisory board for Cosmopolitan Magazine and has contributed and been featured in top publications and books including Women's Health Magazine, Cosmopolitan, SELF, Fitness Magazine, Health Magazine, SHAPE Magazine, Redbook Magazine, Oprah.com, Yahoo Health and Shape Up Shortcuts to name a few. She has appeared on NYC's Fox 5 and NY 1.
Hannah lives in Chattanooga, TN and loves still working with clients and operating her fitness studio in Cleveland, TN. She is beyond proud of her amazing staff of BBH trainers who inspire cultivate a strong community through wellness.
AMANDA
Amanda has always had a passion for fitness but as an RN, her fitness life took a backseat. Long hours and the physical demands of nursing took a toll on her lower back leaving her in pain everyday. That experience led Amanda back into strength training. Now in her 40's and stronger than ever, Amanda decided to turn her passion into a new career. She left the medical field and became a NASM certified trainer to help others achieve a healthier life and avoid the doctors!
Born and raised in Tennessee, Amanda is married with two amazing stepsons and also their daughter, Emersyn. Amanda loves being outdoors enjoying the sunshine. Favorite cheat food would be tater tots.
